Bowman, Cook, and Owens are 0 for the game outside. The only two shots made from the outside were from freshmen(Egerson and Sapp). Man, are these guys tight .

I can take the missed shots--it's the TYPE of shots they are missing and the lack of composure from Cook/Bowman. They've been outstanding the past few weeks but Cook was MIA against WVU and he's been just terrible in his continuing to take terribly long shots. Bowman has sucked tonight on offensive end--just terrible--I like the aggressive drives to the hole but the sloppy ball handling/passing--which Wallace added to was painful.
Shows you just how valuable that Jeff Green is to this team--with him out--we are average at best.
BTW-although I'd like to see more time for him in every game--this game Egerson should be playing more--he's been good on both ends and just makes plays. We're searching for some good guard play and Sapp has been solid too--we need some of the experienced guys to step up and JEff to take over--because without him we look terrible on offense.

It's much too early to compare anything to last year, but it's hard not to have flashbacks after the last 2 halves. Their legs look bad on their 3's, and it almost looks like they're forcing them just to prove to themselves they can make them. Obviously our big advantage is on the inside, but if you can't make any 3's, they'll just glog the lane all night. Hopefully this is just short-term frustration, but this is pretty ugly.

Forget flashbacks to last year...the bumbling turnovers and the poor shot selections have been program hallmarks for five years running baby! Hopefully they'll turn it around and get the paint points back in bunches...alliteration optional.

This team automatically improves as soon as Cook graduates. He has given us nothing for quite some time. And lazy defense on top of it all.

Bowman is looking like really bad. The last two games he's missed a lot of lay-ups and the 3-point shot has been horrible, air balls and all.
Cook plays an incredible game every once in a blue moon. There's plenty of space to improve in this position.
