In no particular order,
1. Ashanti skying ABOVE the rim in the 2nd half for an offensive rebound he had no business getting.
2. Sapp stripping a driving Reddick late in the game.
3. Every one of those numerous fast break layups. Why dont we do more of that? This team can run.
4. The guy in the wheelchair rushing the court.
5. Bowmans block of Reddick in final minutes.
6. Wallaces numerous passes deep into the paint. Hes got vision.
7. Every single one of those backdoor cuts.

1 - Play of the game in my mind was BB's nasty D on Redick at the very end there... everyone in our section slowly rose in volume yelling "GREAT D, BRANDON!!!!"
2 - Wallace. I am coming around on Roy and he is probably more improved than Wallace, but Jon's improvement has been infinitely more important. You could tell when he wasn't in there... less sharp passes, harder time breaking the press, etc. He's such a steady head to have in there. What he lacks in athleticism and lock down defense and dribble penetration he more than makes up for - in my opinion - in intelligence, calmness, preparation, etc. Plus he had key FT's.

i have to say - i just saw that wallace layup again - it happened when we were only up 2 and it was a high degree of difficulty. gotta be the top play - however - the long pass to owens after the Duke miss for a dunk was huge as was the Bowman block - that is the biggest defensive play of the game. gotta love Jeff's 3-ball as well.

I loved Bowman's reverse dunk where he held up a number 1 to the students. You could really tell how much the players fed off of the students' enthusiasm.

I'll tell you in a few days after I have gone over the tape for the 15th time. But I have to agree with most of the other posters. For now, I am in my glory watching the game over and over.

Wallace's spin move on "defensive specialist" Dockery was pretty nasty.
Jon has completely won me over. Phenomenal game on offense, and frankly, I can't expect him to shut down Duke defensively.

Gotta be the series where the crowd was the loudest. Bobo blocks(crowd explodes) but duke recovers only to be stripped(insanely loud) and finally a pass upcourt to a streaking brandon for an easy layin(couldn't talk or hear after that). Well thats excluding rushing the court because I consider that a part of the game.

I loved the whole game.......these are the times when it really pays off standing by a team through the rough times. People who are fair weather fans with different teams or just like the team that is "hot" at that moment never get to experience this kind of feeling. Now we just need to keep this momentum for awhile......there may be some more losses ahead, but let's keep them away for at least a few games!! BEAT ND!!!!

I'm w Hilltopper - BB giving the crowd a heads up while still in the air was pretty hot - especially in light of
all that has been said here about the crowd, both student section and Athletic Department did good jobs of creating the most favorable environment we have ever had in a similar game at MCI
the things players had said about this same subject, wanting vocal support and the whole thing
Or the whole game, either way - awesome win behind great play across the board, everyone in grey

After JW's spin move layin, I just said. "He can't do that. He isn't actually able to do that."
I thought JW was a stable, in control, hit open shots, point guard. Now, well, the way he's been playing, I'm starting to reassess that evaluation of him. I think he can be a lot more then that. I'm not saying the sky is the limit, but I am saying he has the potential to be really good for his entire 4 yrs here.

Brandon pointing to the crowd after the dunk. First time in a long time I've seen a player acknowledge our crowd like that. You could just tell things were going to be different yesterday.
