I am looking for suggestions here. During the whole Esherick bit, I went out and solicited friends for a stadium fund. All I took were pledges, no cash. After talking to many folks it became very obvious that G'town would not have a formal stadium fund set-up (although there is a fund for surveys & pre-stadium work).
The question is, what should I do with these "pledges"? I think much of the luster is gone but maybe I could steer people towards joining hoya hoops club or something like that. Let me know what you think. I have changed my call sign (previous was downwithrick).

Hmm, what to do with your "pledges? " What to do, what to do? Wellllll, did you ever see 'Old School?' "At this point, you may be asking yourself, 'Why am I holding this 30 lb. cinder block in my hands?'"

Do you trust that we have provided you with enough rope so that your cinder block will safely hit the ground?" "Yessir!" "Blue, do you trust that I do not want to see you die here tonight?" "Yessir!" "Blue, you're my boy!!"
