I love how the Maryland board constantly jumps on the academic integrity train each time they miss out on a recruit. Last time I checked, the closest Maryland has been to receiving academic recognition was the filming of St. Elmo's Fire on their campus.

Speaking of intelligence, what happened when MD won the National Championship? They decided to riot? Puts them right up there with such illustrious institutions such as UCONN and Mich State.
In any case, I know it's early and the kid could turn it around, but is there anything to all the talk about Braswell having trouble with academics? That could complicate some things.
Got to love the talk about Gtown being a one and done quick turnover school relative to MD.

I love the attendance argument the umcp people always make. They have 35,000 students and can't sell out every game!

yeah they basically said we can't qualify as good until we get our entire student body aprox. 6,000 plus 4,000 others into the MCI every game. That's just dumb. A lot of oncampus arena's of quality programs can't hold that many so are they automatically not good because they have less than 10,000 people at their games?
