The final pre-season predictions start here:
1. UConn - Good, as always 2. Louisville - Dean and Pitino and a lot of talent 3. Georgetown - Jinx? Not with this frontcourt and schedule 4. Villanova - Sumpter loss makes 'Cats too human 5. Syracuse - Boeheim will have them winning by mid-season 6. St. Johns - 5 starters return. Johnnies dance. 7. WVU - Thin up front, but Gansey's a star 8. Pitt - Guard's keep them in it, but depth hurts. 9. Marquette - Solid but unspectacular team 10. Cincy - Still dangerous, but in disarray 11. ND - Will they give Brey and extension if he starts 5-2? 12. Providence - Not bad, but definitely not good. 13. DePaul - young, exciting, and mediocre at best 14. South Florida - Glad there's Rutgers 15. Rutgers - Glad there's Seton Hall 16. Seton Hall - Glad there's alcohol

1. Nova- Even without Sumpter, Foye=POY
2. UCon- once Marcus gets back into the fold theyre legit National Champion contenders again
3. Louisville- Dean will make a name for himself this year, Pitino will make things work even with a young team
4. Georgetown- JTIII continues to exceed expectations
5. West Virginia- Returning all of their shooters but lack post presence to open them up
6. Notre Dame- Addition by subtraction with Thomas gone, Quinn is a better player and steps up this year
7. Syracuse- a mildly disappointing year, GMac not as capable when he is primary option
8. Pitt- Just squeaking into the dance, Sam Young takes BEROY
9. Cincinatti- will take them a couple years to get back on track after losing Huggins
10. St. Johns- the long road back to prominence begins with an improved team this year. Hill and Hamilton are solid, helped by Mace Jr.
11. DePaul-will beat up on some of the weaker teams, but not in the tourney hunt yet with a pretty young squad.
12. Marquette- much like DePaul, conference change is an adjustment.
13. Providence- dangerous like last year, but still not quite enough talent
14. Rutgers- Who cares
15. Seton Hall- I like Orr and hope they get it turned around but I just don't see it.
16. USF- Fighting to not put up a doughnut in the conference win column.
