We won 11X to 9X (I forgot the exact score) and it was never really close after the 2nd.
The special guest star for us was Sam Cassell - he was lazy at times, but generally went out of his way to set people up (especially Roy) and barely took any shots.
Josh Thornton also played for us, and I agree totally with what Carlos has said. He did two things today: bring the ball up, and shoot 3s (he was 2/8 I believe). His shot selection was poor, but he does have a nice looking shot. His handle was good too and he showed nice ups in practice, but didn't drive once during the game.
Hibbert and Crawford both had by far their best games of the season IMO. Roy caught a pass on the break for a layup, had a BEAUTIFUL spin and dunk on the baseline, and probably had close to 20 pts. Crawford had some nice moves to the hole and did a good job boarding.
Bowman was Bowman, Reed didn't do too much, Townes played very well.
Green had some nice dunks, hit a 3, did a good job on the boards and a bunch of blocks.
Giubunda and Wallace weren't there.

The score was 119-98. I was glad to see Sam Cassell looking to get the Hoya players involved, encouraging them, and coaching them while on the floor. It was good to see him tell R.Hibbert to back his man down and not to be afraid. Having an NBA veteran do that for him should be very helpful for his development. If you guys want to see SELFISH players, check out Dermarr Johnson and David Hawkins when Assault plays.

Did the Bulldogs hit a three at the end? I had the final score at 119 to 95. Anyway the game was virtually over at halftime. Bulldogs had Derrick Payne on its team and he played very well. More to come later. Walked in during the final minutes of the first game with Assault. Dermarr and David must be trying to impress the Kinicks' scouts.

My thanks to the HoyaTalk Kenner posters!!! It's exciting to hear some good news about Roy. I am convinced that Jeff Green is for real, but I'm hoping someone has a few more details on Big Roy to fire me up about him, too.
