Isn't Marc the best of the lot? He's not even mentioned.

Do the know we have Edge? Because he seems to be left off of the list, but we all can agree that he is probably the player who will have the most impact this year. While Spann gets a lot of praise for someone we all see as a big question mark. I don't think much research was done.
And please call up the hyperbole police - Pitt aparently has 3 players who all deserve to the BE Freshmen of the Year.

Note how biased this is, all CUSA transferring teams (of note) are in the top 6.

USF isn't in the Top Six.
He basically went by recruiting rankings, which is all anyone can do at this point. He has a few changes -- but nothing major.
There's no point in ranking them now. It is in four years that we should do it.

These ranking are perhaps not too accurate, and I did note the CUSA bias. Nonetheless, we should not take it as a slight that our class is seen as being somewhere in the middle of the pack for the BE. The BE and the ACC dominate college bball recruit, so IMHO it's a compliment to say that your class is somewhere in the middle of the BE.
From an outside observer's perspective, we have some decent recruits, but no one who will strike fear in the eyes of opponents. Egerson sounds well-rounded, Sapp is explosive and may develop into an impact guard, Spann is very athletic, and Thornton is a good shooter. So all the recruits bring something to the table, but none of them are too exciting or spectacular (at least as of yet). Most write-ups have us in the middle of the pack. Hey, it's tough to have the best class in the BE two straight years, especially after a coaching change.

Clearly, the class led by Baker Dunleavy at 'Nova wins this race...

That Matt Gormand kid sounds a lil out of place from SU. They get Melo and GMac and Matt Gorman??

The best line: "Rob Summers, a 7'0 transfer from Penn State, brings his 7'0" body to Morgantown."
That's pretty good because if he brought a 6'4" body with him, then he would have some explaining to do. Or else he better think about transferring to U-Con.

I love how U Con and UMCP have caught on around these parts. Now we only need push Foggy Bottom U., SUcks, and my personal favorite: New Jersey State University at Durham.

Uh... what's a Hoya?
I have two good friends who went to SUcks and they tell me there aren't any they know of. U Con fans aren't clever enough to come up with any, and I'm sure UMCP and Foggy Bottom U. fans just call us curse words or snobs or whatever. Oh, and I'm sure we're not even on the radar of NJU at Durham's fans.

Yeah, that's "what's a Hoya" line is knee-slapper.
You'd think they'd come up with something a little better or original or funny. Maybe when we start to win consistently again we will engender more ridicule. Hopefully.

There is nothing better than a well organized money party (by that I mean one where the house members hold at least 5,000 more than any other person at the beginning of the night.

Clearly, the class led by Baker Dunleavy at 'Nova wins this race... Unless the Baker-led Cats win the national title this year, I would have to opt for the 'Melo group. The Nova group may produce more pros due to both quantity and quality, but a national title is a national title, and without 'Melo and the Rat, Boheem doesn't have it.

What's a Money party?
Funniest anti-Georgetown shirt I ever saw was at a Hoyas/SUcks game a few years ago -- across the front, in bold print, it just said "Yo Mama's a Hoya"
