Does the Administration even care anymore? As a recent student I feel qualified to say No the administration does not care anymore about basketball or the students, it is very apparent when on campus day to day that undergrads are just a nuisance never mind doing anything that might be fun for us The campus needs another Rooey Hagar (was that his name?).

Buzzer Beaters almost always lead to pandemonium. Bad example. I was actually referring to the atmosphere during the entire game, not just that moment (though it was a great moment). And, dare I say, if we had a buzzer beater next month against a Big East team, the "pandemonium" would be nothing like that video because hardly anybody would be at the game. Great atmospheres like that are created when two good teams play against one another in meaningful games. That year, Georgetown would go on to be a 2 seed in the NCAA tournament, and Connecticut a 4 seed. I miss those types of high level matchups badly. What are your thoughts on bringing back JT III?

I was at that game and it was like a heavyweight fight, intense back and forth for 40 minutes of solid play. Great game, great atmosphere, great student attendance. And Roy was so cool after he hit that three like it was an everyday occurence! The contrast with the current atmosphere in Cap One is stark and depressing. I remember watching this game from the comfort of my family room in beautiful downtown Tarzana. I went nuts when Roy hit the three and immediately called my dad, who of course was also watching the game. He passed later that year, so this was one of the last things that we celebrated together.
