The Big Ten Conference unveiled media rights agreements Thursday expected to be worth more than $1 billion annually, a monumental windfall that arrives amid a rapidly changing landscape of schools hopping conferences and athletes advocating for a greater share of the increasing riches flowing through athletic departments. Meanwhile the University of California Board of Regents is threatening to block UCLA's move to the Big 16, or whatever the heck they will be.

Nebraska wanted Scott Frost gone so badly they didn't want until 10/1, when his buyout dropped by 50% ($15MM to $7.5MM). Great use of $7.5MM by the University and the state of NE.
