For those that attended recently, or in recent years, a few questions:
1. What works at your class reunion?
2. What doesn't work?
3. How likely are you to go the next time your class meets?
4. If you could add one thing to the weekend it would be what?

My two cents
Prioritize class only events. Seeing classmates is the reason for being there
Cut back on “all class” events for the same reason
Consign “virtual reunions” to the dustbin of history.

Just attended 45th Reunion.
Have an unofficial pre-reunion happy hour at a venue in Georgetown. We used Mr. Smith's (formerly Chadwick's) $10 for snacks, cash bar on Thursday night.
Have classmates dig up old photos, digitize them and send to reunon committee for projection on a big screen, set to music appropriate for your era.

Having been robbed of our 35th by Covid, I greatly look forward to our 40th (2025).
I agree that early collection of photos, videos etc would be a great thing to see.
