I don't have any inside info, but my gut feeling is that Jantz helped with pace to start and then just finished. And his brother needs to commit to the Hoyas! |

I think Jantz helps with the pacing quite often, either actual pacing and dropping out, or going out hard and then ease into the rest of the race. When he actually tries to get a time, he does quite well, as in the steeplechase. YES, get his brother to Georgetown. |

The Hoyas actually have seven runners under 4 in the mile this year. It may be a record for a collegiate team. And it may be that the first time Georgetown has freshmen under four.

Finally, we have the Georgetown men. Freshmen Lucas Guerra (3:59) and Abel Teffra (3:59) both dipped under four minutes on Wednesday, bringing the Hoyas' total of sub-four milers in the 2022 calendar year to SEVEN men.
