Bryson Tucker is a nearly 6'8" SG out of Mount St. Joseph High School in Baltimore. He is currently ranked #8 by ESPN in the class of 2024. Hoyas have offered. The kid doesn't even turn 16 until July. Check out this crazy in-depth evaluation: Player Evaluation.

Hopefully the GU have already reached out to him.

On local recruits early. Like night and day, love to see it.

"3. Five-star SG Bryson Tucker To say Bryson Tucker’s path has been unique would be an understatement. He left Bradenton (FL) IMG Academy in December, and he does not play travel basketball. Tucker says he came into this camp with a purpose, to put his name back out there. The 6-foot-6 shooting guard has done just that with his high-flying play at the NBPA Top 100 Camp. He plays with a good pace, is comfortable on the ball, making plays in the half-court. He also really shined in transition, creating opportunities and finishing plays well above the rim. Tucker defended well in the passing lanes and knocked down jump shots in this setting. While the skill set has always been there, the explosion was a big takeaway from today. The five-star finished with 21 points on 9-for-14 from the field." www.on3.com/news/nbpa-top-100-camp-day-2-top-performers/

if we land this kid I think my head will explode We aren’t touching this kid. His father is a psycho based on what people are saying. Don’t think we are even involved.

Is he a '24 recruit? Looks like he should be '26

"Which 2024 prospect's recruitment do you see as the most unpredictable at this moment?... Jordan: Bryson Tucker is one I haven’t been able to get a handle on, and most in the recruiting world are all over the place on inside tracks with the 6-foot-8 wing. Michigan State, Michigan, Illinois, Duke and others have been linked to Tucker, but without popping up on visits throughout the summer it’s hard to draw conclusions. One thing I’ve heard consistently is that Tucker will likely go the distance with his recruitment, so no concrete news may all be a part of the plan." basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/rivals-roundtable-dream-conference-dylan-harper-s-decision-more

He looked pretty good in Kenner. Hit some turn arounds and played well. Jamarko was guarding him so it wasn't the easiest assignment. He seems like a Duke kid to me. Parts of his game were a bit soft but he could get buckets.

"For the most part, Tucker has been missing in action, in terms of competing, since leaving IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.) at the end of last year. The 6-foot-7 wing didn’t play on any circuits this summer but suited up in the NBPA Top 100 Camp in June and didn’t miss a beat, averaging 19.2 points a game. He brought the same effort over the last three days here at the Elite 24, using his versatility to standout in practices and scrimmages. Tucker thrived playing inside and out, scoring in a variety of different ways and running the point-forward role. In the scrimmage on Friday, Tucker guarded all five positions on switches, brought major energy and scored 16 points. Tucker, who checks in at No. 11 overall in the Rivals150, took his only official visit to date to Michigan State in June." basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/jordan-s-takeaways-under-armour-elite-24-3

Supposedly going to enroll early, which seems weird if he's at O'Connell.
