This lawsuit, seeking class action certification, was filed today by Brian Flores (former head coach of the Miami Dolphins), alleging racism in hiring practices. The complaint (attached below) contains text messages from Bill Belicheck which indicate that the New York Giants had already decided upon their new head coach before Flores interviewed for the job (apparently just to show that they'd complied with the Rooney Rule).

This is damning.
