I'm neither anti-Packer nor pro-49er (in fact, being an Angelino, I'm far from pro-49er), but I have to say that I was not in the least unhappy to see Aaron Rodgers' season end.

For me add Brady. Yeah, me too, but for completely different reasons, I suspect. I just wanted the Rams to win - and they came oh so close to pulling off one of the truly great snatch defeat from the jaws of victory moments. Because let's face it, had it not been for all of the fumbles, the bad snap and the missed field goal, Brady would have had no chance at a comeback. The Ram offense's errors gave him a shot.

Full disclosure: I am not an NFL rules expert
Even if McDemott were still stupid enough to kick long, is there anything that would have prevented the Bills’ DBs/backers from simply tackling or wrestling the Chiefs receivers right at the line of scrimmage for a 5 yard hold. Time would go off the clock and they would have picked up maybe 15 yards and been at their own 40. Maybe they get off a Hail Mary but any field goal would have been too long

It would take a lot longer than 5-6 seconds per play. As a long-suffering Buffalo native, 13 seconds is the new wide right.

My wife, a Buffalo native, puts last night 3rd behind ‘Wide Right’ and ‘No Goal’ game 6 of the Stanley Cup finals (that one might be higher on her list because she really loves hockey and was at the game). Comes before the Music City Miracle (which she was at as well) because this years team had a lot more potential. Brutal list regardless of how you order them. hm
