You should definitely ATTEND THE GAME. All of us should if we safely can. I fear Villanova fans are gonna literally outnumber The Faithful and if the game goes as we fear, it will be even more depressing without a bunch of us to share the pain... And the players/students deserve our support in these trying times no matter what. Plus, it's Villanova: what could POSSIBLY go wrong? Wait -- too soon? Okay, I understand. I'm still too nervous though. I'll be pondering until the last moment of whether or not I will make it to the game. C'mon man, I've been to every home game this season -- and I live in Delaware!!! Let's Go Hoyas! Shock. The. Big. East!

Everyone is talking about how Coach needs to make a change at the center position. The only change that they needed to make and I said this earlier was to start Colin over Rice. I am so glad that coach made that decision.
Rice can give us scoring off the bench and still play significant minutes and still be a major part of our success but he doesn't need to start to do so. Also, Rice needs to settle for more set shot threes as opposed to running around the screen launching off balance threes.
Big Tim is our muscle and he sets the tone on defense and he rebounds the ball which we definitely need from him. Coach just needs to get him the ball under the basket for easy dunks.
Big Tim needs to do 'lift" exercises to increase his jump and to increase his explosiveness when he rebounds on the offensive glass and goes up for his shots. On defense, Big Tim has got to put his hands up and not the other guy get an easy shot over him.

However, he does clear the boards when he is competing for the rebounds and with Aminu battling with him down low, we usually win the rebound battle. We just might have to get him some help early in the possession if his man has the ball in the paint. Maybe that's the answer. I know one thing, he can't let the guy shoot the ball without putting his hands up.

There’s no excuse to not at least throw a hand up.

If we lose by less than 20, I’ll be surprised. Just want to see inspired basketball with a solid plan on both sides of the ball.

GAMEDAY!!!
For some reason I'm feeling optimistic. Just guess I'm ready to get beat down again. Let's have a hot shooting day, share the ball, and press Nova out of the gym.
Go Hoyas! Beat the Wildcats!

Georgetown is a 14.5 pt underdog vs Villanova. Since it’s game day, at what time does the 10-post limit pause starts? How long does it last? Has anyone actually been quarantined? If so, tell us what that is like.

Beat the Wildcats! Hot shooting may be tough today, Nova is pretty tough defensively but offensively they’ve been limited so far this season…

I didn't look it up but this has to be the highest home dog spread since the JT2 era. This line implies that if we were playing at Nova today we would be 20.5 point underdogs. There is no way a major college basketball team with the resources we have should ever be 14.5 point underdogs at home. Just out of pure principle I have to bet the Hoyas today and I think we are in an awful spot. Nova is going to try and make us pay for the Big East Tournament game. We probably won't shoot the lights out again and they will give 20+ open 3.

Decent student attendance given the record and abysmal play.

Hard to understand the "first come, first served" policy - difficult to understand not having enough grey t-shirts to give the several thousand Hoyas faithful likely to attend today.

Sad that we still lost to Butler home by 15 though.
