This is a really weird take. While I don't think the lawsuit has any chance of being successful, it's clear he got bad guidance from his representation. Noel is a somewhat injury prone role player. Why shouldn't he be focusing on maximizing his earnings for his kids and grandkids when one bad landing can end his career in a second?

It's something that started when he decided at the absolute last minute to take the money to go to UK when according to Fran Frachilla it was a done deal to Georgetown.

You THAT bothered that a kid choose money over your favorite basketball team...so much that damn near 10 years later you think it's "karma" that he was misled by his agent in the NBA? LOL I don't get it.

It's unfortunate. That said, how Nerlens thought a bet on himself staying healthy was a good idea is insane to me.
