How many postage stamps will we need to buy this season to apply to all of Bowman's performances? From what I hear based on Kenner League action, a boatload.

Apparently casualfan feels that Bowman has been lackluster in the Kenner League and therefore intuits that bowman will "mail in" the regular season as well.

That's what I thought... but then I was reading about applications and boats... I felt like I was drunk and trying to comprehend my Tombs bill.

Although my Wreck from Potbelly's was fan-freakin'-tastic.

chance of bowman mailing in the regular season: ZERO PER CENT... ZERO..
he has so much to play for: - he's a senior and wants to get looks from the nba. - he's a senior and it's his last chance to get to the big dance. - if he's smart, he'll realize that this team with this coach is his best shot at dancing in his four years here and will put in an even bigger effort.
can u disagree with any of these points? I think not.
p.s. I don't care if he's going at half speed in Kenner, waaaaaaay better than playing at full speed and tearing his ACL. we do NOT want to see that happen.

oh also forgot to mention an additional reason:
- JT3 SIMPLY WON'T LET HIM MAIL IT IN. HE WILL JUST NOT LET HIM.

I don't think what Brandon Bowman is doing in the Kenner League will have ANY impact on what he does when the season starts. When the season starts, he will have STUDS playing with him, unlike the Kenner League. Basically, the Kenner League is an opportunity for him and others to play in a game-like setting(as opposed to pick-up games) against some quality competion. B.Bowman's team may be losing in the Kenner League, but he still displays his skills in every game.
As for his behavior after losing to Tombs, it's real easy to explain. He hangs around his Georgetown teammates all the time. It can't be a pleasant experience losing to them the way he did. I can understand why he would be down after getting POUNDED by your teammates like that. I'm sure the guys on Tombs will remind him of what happened in that game(maybe that's what he was thinking of as he sat on the bench with his head down after the game). I was surprised that there wasn't really any trash talking between B.Bowman and his Hoya teammates on Tombs during the game. It will be interesting to see what happens when Tombs plays against Clyde's(Ashanti and Roy's team). Also when Brandon's team plays against Ashanti's team.
