The one thing that's been telling for me that must happen in practice when he rises up to shoot a 3 the whole bench, coaching staff trainers think it's going in which means he must flash an elite shooting tool at practice. Also telling the press conference it seems Collin and Jamorko have a friendship that has continued after he left. I hope seeing how far he came to get to the NBA shows Collin to stick with it here.

I'll continue to say that player development is the key for non BB programs I'd prefer the staff stop chasing transfers & concentrate on developing a strong culture with HS kids

His game currently reminds me of a poor man’s Jermaine Samuels. Pretty good taking other 4s off the dribble. Utilizes the pump fake well and has solid form from 3. Good finisher at the rim. More PT for him please.

I love taking undersized skilled in players. They do well in college and don’t have the measurables to leave early.

I nominate Holloway as the unsung hero of the last game. He is undersized for the 4 or 5, but he gets it done. 10 points on 5 of 7 from the field. Opponents will have to plan for him in the future. I hope yesterday was his coming out party.

He is confident. He isn't unsure on whether he belongs or not. His play reflects it, despite not being the greatest athlete or heralded recruit.

Quite a revelation against Cuse. His ability to actually convert in traffic around the basket was crucial to the win!

He has a nice move to the basket and shields the defender off with his wide frame.

The guy is crafty! He doesn’t go straight up with ball, but uses twists and angles to avoid his shots being blocked.

More PT for him please. Im thinking more of Sadiq Bey as a comp. Like you said the Nova pump fake, the smooth outside shot. Good handle, good passer.

Think Bey is a better overall athlete - Jared Dudley may be a more obvious reference/comparison, limited physical talent, but high basketball smarts w/ a strong understanding of spacing and positioning.

I think you are giving Jermaine Samuels too much credit because of his games against GTown. I like the comp if you just remove the "poor man's" part. Poor man's just means role player which is what Jermaine and Collin both are. Jermaine isn't some star and Collin isn't enough below him to be delegated the "poor man's" reference.

Dudley was taller, leaner and noticeably more athletic in my opinion. Listed @ 6' 6"/7" - Holloway @ 6' 6" - wasn't renown for great hops/vertical leap. A video compilation of Dudley's junior year highlights @ BC - strong perimeter shooting, fluid around the basket, but even on the lone dunk, he's not exactly got great lift.
