Isn't he basically the coach-in-waiting at UNC once Roy decides to hang it up?
I would otherwise agree, I just don't think it's realistic to think that he'd come here. That's not a statement I would have made three years ago, either.

That's not a statement I would have made three years ago, either. That's the only problem in my eyes, is being seen as a training ground for Miller. But he's an excellent coach. After Roy, it seems UNC is either going Miller or Hubert Davis (who I think would be an awful hire). But if we can get Miller and he likes the program, sees his place to grow and he would want to stay, it's an A+ hire. Worst case if he leaves for UNC, he must've had success here, or shown something which gives our program potential and would put us in position to hire another very good HC.

Roy probably has 4-6 years left. Give us Wes for that long, rebuild, and leave if you have to. I’d take it.

Anyone who would like to play this game, it's May and I'll leave this here. Wes Miller will win more games at UNCG this season (even with the talent he loses) then Ewing does at GTWN. You can oldtakesexposed me all you want. Wes Miller & UNCG were one of the few games (at SHU and BET) where I think Ewing undeniably got outcoached. Results have shown who's the better coach. And that was with his then leading scorer getting hurt mid-game.

Total disrespect to our current coach.
