Only team with no one on 1st or 2nd team or All-Rookie. Sigh.

All Rookie teams are meaningless to me. It's not a high bar, we had 3 last year and stunk. None were close to all conference players this year and 2 transferred out. It's more opportunity driven than an indication of talent.

Also “none were close” is a bit silly considering teovdidnt come close to playing a conference game and the third was on pace until he got hurt...

What did you expect from a team that lost 6 of it top 8 rotation players to transfer or injury? The two that remained - Pickett and Mosely - are team players and not the type who stand out for individual accolades based on their style of play. Maybe we wish it wasn't the way it is, but to comment on how 'sad' it is to me just seems like kicking someone when you have been aware for months that they are down. sheeez!

In what world is Terrell Allen not one of the top 8 players from this year’s original roster? Don’t need hyperbole/to cut down one of our best players to make your point...

Blair outperforms Mac once again but the JUCO transfer and raw freshman wing were apparently above him as well in the top 8.

It’s not hyperbole and it isn’t about Allen. It’s about how good the players we actually lost were. They were growing into their roles just as Allen was early in the year.....all 6 have at least G league potential...

Well, we could just point out what the pecking order was when we had a full roster. Blair played poorly early on and then improved, yet you act like our lost players were at their ceiling despite having better tools and game. Weird logic man.

Or we can just call it what it is and say Ewing is no idea who to play as he has shown for 3 years now.

Do you really think the trying different players out early in the ooc with a loaded roster is akin to having “no idea who to play”? You think balancing short and long term interests in unadvisable?

I think sacrificing his first 2 years playing for the future has shown to be a terrible strategy as proven by the results. I have no faith he knows who to play when as shown by last night. He only had 1 personnel decision to make and he somehow blew that one.
