This tweet shows lack of self-awareness by this guy. Lol. What does he think people would infer from all this? Ask around? Who? A bunch of people who are in on all this? No one would know the true intentions but people who are in his circle.

Doesn’t matter who’s feet he gets...I don’t believe he has the will or heart to be anything more than what he already is. Q had heart and will. People questioning his heart or toughness at times are off base. He was raw when he came to G-town. It was evident during his freshmen year. He has grown from year 1 into this past year under the direction of Coach Ewing. That takes will and heart. If he didn't have heart or will, we don't win the Big East tournament with him. Yes, we are all disappointed that he is gone, but he did help G-town just like Coach Ewing and the program helped Q. Exactly! You did see those comments when he was still with us. Now that he transfers he has no heart? lol

Time to let it go. Kid wanted to go elsewhere and it does not matter why. Nuff said. We lose kids and get kids. Cannot imagine the NC State folks were happy to see Yurtseven leave.

Here's a thought Duval - you and Wahab left the Hoyas. His/your choice, no problem with that. So just stop worrying about what Hoya fans are saying. Problem solved. It's like breaking up with your girlfriend but following her social media to see what she and her friends are saying about you. Just move on to College Park.

Benedict Arnold = Qudus Wahab. Qudus Quisling. I was disappointed when he opted to transfer, but Maryland? That's another level altogether. I wish him nothing but failure.

I normally wish our transfers well on their new teams...guys like Benimon who became outstanding at Towson or Vee Sanford at Dayton. But I can't lie. I will never root for anyone to have a good season at Maryland.

Reed and Simmonds should’ve had Wahab transfer to a MEAC school if they wanted him to shoot 15 ft jumpers and take people off the dribble. They are in for a rude awakening at Maryland. Anyone can see from a mile away that he’ll be relegated to setting screens and rebounding. He won’t see half the post touches he got at Georgetown. At least McClung and Akinjo were afforded the opportunities they thought they were getting.
Really feel for Q. He’s in a relatively new country and getting bad advice/direction.

Wow. Anyone who has seen Qudus Wahab play has to question whether his skill set includes dribbling the basketball. Almost every time he dribbled for the Hoyas ended in a travel, a strip, or a blocked shot.

Maryland men’s basketball center Qudus Wahab has been named to the 2022 Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Center of the Year Award watch list. The center transferred from Georgetown ahead of the season and is expected to make an impact on the court for the Terps. The 6-foot-11 center for Lagos, Nigeria, was the No. 3 overall player listed in the transfer portal this past offseason. Last season with the Hoyas, Wahab started in 25 out of 26 games and played an integral role in their success. Wahab averaged 12.7 points and 8.2 rebounds per game. In the Big East tournament, he averaged 14.3 points per game en route to earning a spot in the Big East All-Tournament team and leading Georgetown to the conference title. Wahab is one of 20 players named on the preseason watch list. Other Big Ten players on the list are Illinois’ Kofi Cockburn, Michigan’s Hunter Dickinson and Purdue’s Zach Edey. www.testudotimes.com/2021/10/22/22740624/maryland-mens-basketball-center-qudus-wahab-kareem-abdul-jabbar-center-of-the-year-award-watch-list

Q had a big night last night in Maryland's first game. It remains to be seen how he will do over the course of a season, or how we will do without him, but IMO we never should have let him get away.
