My list for wing candidates starts with Gardner... Drumgoole # 2.. Oh my....Gardner, Shannon, Drumgoole.....that's my order. Every article I've read said Drumgoole is a role player in HS. So what will he be in college? There aren't many kids who wouldn't be considered to be "role" players when you have Stewart & Brooks as teammates... I like the fact that Drumgoole us used to playing with better players, he knows how to be a contributor with limited plays being run for him.. With Akinjo, McClung, LeBlanc & Yurtseven, thus team has plenty of leading players already imo...

I like the look of Gardner. Not a very high ranking, but seems like he has some nasty in him, a chip on the shoulder, and some great athleticism. He also is starting with a really nice frame and strength.
I think he'd be a good get.

Yeah but Myron has LaMelo and I believe another big too....we need someone on the wing that can be a force....I haven't read anything that leads me to believe that Drumgoole will be anything more than another Kaleb....

I'd take Gardner over Drumgoole(who is the best shooter of the 3) as well but I'm not sold on Shannon at all...

Etomic, it is definitely good to hear. This young man presents no chatter. There is so much recruitment activity and scrutiny around that team. Myron Gardener is balling, he is what's needed next year. We've got to keep a presence around him. Patrick should visit soon. Just my thoughts.

So many in the know. That's encouraging ..I'm not; but whatever it takes. Quiet, stealth has worked best for us. I sent a message yesterday via Twitter to his coach....let's be clear I'm only a fan... to his coach asking, what does Myron want? We've heard/know he has offers. But what is he looking for? We need someone like him. Does he like what we offer?
So a note indicating that we're competing is good. We(I) need some good news!

Let's not go rogue and spook them, please.

Name: Myron Gardner 247Sports Composite Ranking: No. 212 A Detroit native, Gardner is playing his senior year at Spire Academy in Ohio. Known for toughness and an all-around game, Gardner is someone who should be college ready from the time he steps on campus. While he isn't an elite athlete, he can guard multiple positions, and is good getting into the lane off the dribble. Also his outside shot has shown some improvement. Gardner is a very quiet kid by nature, so he doesn't speak much in public about his decision, but he is strongly considering Cincinnati, Georgetown and Missouri among others. At this point there is no specific time frame for a decision, but Gardner is beginning to move in the direction of thinking strongly about his choice, and should continue to evaluate all of his options. Other visits remain a possibility for Gardner, but at this point nothing has been set up. 247sports.com/college/basketball/recruiting/ContentGallery/What-is-the-latest-on-the-recruitments-of-the-top-uncommitted-prospects-hailing-from-the-Midwest-129340395/#129340395_4
