Looking forward to puthath’s spin... Yep, it's all ghastly. Just like an 18 year old kid taking his mother to see Deep Throat. Clearly far worse than anything anyone else has ever done, even "Orange Man," the name Puthath gives to Trump to make us think he's not the man's biggest booster. I am not his biggest booster. I just find it remarkable that such a shallow figure constantly beats the political establishment...

Imagine if Biden was sleeping with porn stars or hookers with a wife and infant son at home.

That Joe Biden is a gaffe machine, plagiarist and a bit handsy cannot be disputed...
That said, 2016 tells us that history shouldn’t be a disqualifier.
He is, however, far too centrist for today’s Democrat Party primary fight.
He is also a demonstrated loser in Presidential campaigns.

Isn't that awesome?! Imo if Biden doesn't win it will be because of your first sentence not your third.... Just out of curiosity, do you think Beto's voting record is more on the moderate side, or the progressive side?

As for Biden, sentence 4 is the big one. For all his likability as Uncle Joe, he is a lousy candidate who never had tough opposition in Delaware.

No one gives a damn about any of this nonsense— they are busy working, caring for family, etc. Only republican activists and the delusional care...

But really, who do you Dems think is trying to take out Biden? Bernie, the Clinton camp, the Obama camp? Who do you think they’re clearing the field for?

To think that this man was Obama’s VP for 8 years... ZZZZ. Sure, Biden's touchy-feely routine is unfortunate. And our esteemed chief exec. has dubbed him "Creepy Joe." But once again, let's compare. Creepy Joe should respond by labelling Trump as "Scumbag Don," because nothing that Biden has done to women can hold a candle to the crapola that Trump has pulled.

Assuming all of that is true, should we be applying the Cavanagh “all women must be believed” standard to Biden?

Yes, they should be given the benefit of the doubt and what they are saying should be a consideration when evaluating Biden. But, these things do exist on a continuum and what he is being accused of is very different than the sexual assault Trump and Kavanaugh were accused of.

No, thank goodness that sanity prevailed. But I recall Democrats like Sen. Hizono insisting upon this standard. Since this was the D standard for Justice Kavanaugh, should it not be the standard for Biden?

So, you’re one of these people that think she made it all up and that Kavanaugh’s insane display was the more believable of the two?

So, you’re one of these people that think she made it all up and that Kavanaugh’s insane display was the more believable of the two? No, the issue is that per the Senate Democrats, Ford had to be believed because she is a woman. Under this theory, there was no reason to assess the credibility of Ford vs. that of Kavanaugh. So, again, under the Democrat standard, should all of Biden's accusers be believed solely because they are women?

I dont recall anyone saying she HAD to be believed and that it should be the default position. But, most were saying that she deserved a fair hearing and investigation. I do think that, after the testimony, anyone with a brain realized that she should be believed and that it was obvious who was lying and who wasn’t.

Per many Democrats she had to be believed before she ever opened her mouth.
