Cuse and ASU each making the selection committee look like fools. These teams are both trash. Didn't think this was possible, but ASU made me think that our zone offense is pretty good.

With the win last night, Syracuse has won there 1st game of the NCAAT for 7 years straight. If Syracuse beats TCU tomorrow then they will also have a streak of winning the 1st rd game for 7 years in a row also.

Norm Hitzges of 1310 The Ticket in Dallas, TX reported on a formula that has predicted the winner of the tournament for the last 16 of 17 years. The wrong year was the year UConn won the tournament in 2014. Based on the formula only the following teams can win the tournament:
Seeds, teams, regions (1) Villanova-East (3) Michigan-West (1) Kansas-Midwest (2) Duke-Midwest (3) Michigan St.-Midwest

I just had an incredibly sad revelation. Until I just saw an email from Yahoo Sports, I had totally forgotten that the NCAA tourney started today. This was a day I previously took off from work and planned around. Now, I feel like a complete failure at life. What have the Hoyas done to my spirit?!?! I'm hopeful next season will fix me. Here's to a Duke and Cuse loss very soon.

What an end to regulation in the Oklahoma/Rhode Island game. Ready for OT! Now that I remembered games are on, this is fun!

Nice win for Rhode Island. If Danny Hurley is on his way to UConn, as is rumored, that's a nice going away present for URI and its fans.

They really let them play in the OU-RI game. I don't have a problem with it, but it worked more than a little to RI's advantage.

Happy Rhode Island pulled out the win. They have solid guard defense and like This Just In said, Oklahoma is Trea Young and everybody else. Hurley's teams play well on defense with a lot of switches and they shoot well, but also have a few players who can run the offense.
I was amazed Kansas was down by 12 to Penn, but that has been corrected.

Young played okay but he should have just abused the passing lane its just sad that some of his team mates crumbled in the end. thats how bad his team is only mcnease was decent enough to back him up....
