Ha. Tied.
Exhibit 37 why Jagan can't ever be our PG again.
The more you watch the more you think McClung starting on Day 1 next year is a definite possibility.
And that's scary.

Just tuned in. We are Georgetown, not Aquatown.

Another game we could be well ahead if not for sloppy, generally unforced or "gently forced" turnovers. Clean it up and win! tied up

Amazingly I think we could just not dribble once past half court, play 2-3 on D and press and we just might pull this out. That's how bad St. John's is.

We honestly did well to keep it tied with so many turnovers. The offense still looks badly out of synch. Careless turnovers and bad misses all over the court. We also aren't rebounding like we should. SJU got more extra chances than they should. I'm surprised by how badly St. John's is playing though. Really poor shooting, a lot of rushed shots. Their only real strength seems to be not turning the ball over. I’m just not sure what the offense is trying to do. It’s like we want to get it to Govan/Derrickson and there’s no alternate plan.

We have twice the rebounds and SJU is shooting horribly but the turnovers once again are the weakness.
No guards plus subpar handles at SF = disaster.
End of story.

Keep attacking Hoyas, and take care of the ball for the 2nd half. Pls tell yourselves this!

As bumpy as this game is, I am really impressed with Patrick and his approach to coaching. A lot of good teaching is going on. Really hoping it is being absorbed.

Yea because we have no alternative options. I'm not sure what you WANT the offense to do with this roster.

A bit of a rock fest right now but we are lucky to have a tied game at half. Despite our ridiculous turnover statistics, I thought we actually did a decent job in transition D. Take care of the basketball! Gotta be incredibly frustrating as a coach.

I'm not sure what you WANT the offense to do with this roster. Maybe move the ball around so we can open up some space and either get it back to the post or at least get an open shot? If we were whiffing on good looks I would chalk it up to our shooters being bad (which is true to some extent) but that’s not all of it.
