It looks like we'll have enough offense to compete during the BE season but defense is what will have to be improved on and with Govan and Derrickson as our back line..... I don't know They need to make Sodom servicable (aka not foul out in five minutes) in order to do anything. Derrickson has gotten owened when he slides over to center against anyone 6-10 plus (Bakvala from Jacksonville, Golden here). The problem is that Govan isn’t good at defense either. Govan and Derrickson have been major defensive weaknesses in the past and that doesn’t seem to have changed.

True road game against an opponent who isn't overmatched. This is what we wanted to see right? Absolutely. This game will tell us a lot more about where we are than the next four games against awful opponents that we will blow out even if we play terribly.

We are competing. Ball is moving and play is uptempo. It takes time and competition to develop. Nothing disappointing thus far.

Ewing lost the glasses and tie - must have been a fun halftime.

I guess the Princeton Offense does work. Only against us.

If they drop one more backdoor on us, I'm going to throw something through my TV screen. They're making it look so easy, it's making me wonder what the f*** JTIII was doing for the last five years.

Nothing disappointing about being down to a team that was losing by 30 at the half to Cincinatti? Or that lost by 33 to Jacksonville State? Even if we win, this is already a loss.

I keep hearing Richmond is not any good, but they have the lead and is shooting over 50% from the floor.

JT Jr at the game per the announcers, for those keeping score.

As you said, JT3 didn’t even run it the last few years, and when we did run similar motions we almost always did it poorly.

They are being doubled and defended by much better players. The people we have played before this game are on a different level.

I dont care what it takes (I mean it). Get this teama quick PG that can stay in front of the other teams PG next season. It's not McClung. This team is doomed for failure until it happens.
