No schedule info or any other ground breaking news, but I wanted to share a conversation I had with several players during yesterday's game (the DaJaun Summers show) regarding the Kenner League. Wallace and Green told me that ALL the incoming freshman would be playing in the Kenner this summer (i asked twice to be sure that "all" freshmen would be there). They expect all the returning players would be involved in the league as well. They didnt know who would be playing on the Tombs team or what teams everyone would be playing on, but it seems as though all or almost all the players will be involved.

According to the "New" Kenner website, it doesn't seem as though Jeremiah or DaJuan will be allowed on the Tombs:
"High School Players are not Eligible to participate." Plus, rosters were to be submitted by May 16, so DaJuan wasn't even a Hoya then.

I've gotta be honest, I don't love splitting up the HS, college and pro leagues. One of the things I liked best about the league last year was getting to see guys like Josh Thornton, Francis, Cassell, etc. play with the Tombs.
Although I think someone posted about pros still being able to play 1 game in the college league or something, right?

Supposed to start up on Saturday. The official site has no schedule up yet, but that's to be expected. If you're all interested in going, I suggest doing what I had to do last year: show up, buy the program with the schedule in it, then post it here. Of course, even then it changes from week to week...
First games LAST year started at 11am sometimes, so I think I'll be showing up then.

Saw it posted on another board, and simply couldn't resist.
Poor girl.

After looking at that dude's hair, I'd say poor guy. Didn't realize the Wesley Snipes from "Demolition Man" look was back in.
