He's not like Rafus at all imo... He does need to play harder and look to do more than just score. That's also something a lot of young kids struggle with and he's just now going into his junior season.
He's a talented kid. Physically he has it. He just needs to lock in.

We should be all over his teammate Ryan Conway.

Wouldn't we prefer to have an official visit next year rather than this year? Visits from junior year if a kid is visiting 10 schools can seem like ancient history. you can visit the same school once a year. I understand that - you didn't get my point. If the kid has 10 schools on his list and can visit 5 schools a year, that means he can visit every school once. If I am only getting a single visit, and not one visit each year, I think I want that visit to be in his senior year, not his junior year.

Seems like this will be a fluid and evolving final list...

Not sure what the connection to Boise State is here. For them to pull a kid from the East Coast you would think there was some type of a personal connection. If he was going to visit one of the bigger West Coast programs I guess I could understand that, but not sure about how he ended up at Boise for a visit

The Boise State coach really hustles. That they are getting a visit doesn’t shock me.

One of the top junior wing prospects along the east coast, Che Evans is ready to take the next step with his college recruitment. The top-75 small forward, who was originally down to a list of ten schools, is now focused on a group of six, he told Rivals.com. A 6-foot-6 small forward prospect that is valued most for his three-level scoring skills and the ability to guard multiple positions, Evans is now focused on a school list that includes Boise State, Florida, Ohio State, TCU, Texas Tech and UCLA. basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/rivals150-junior-che-evans-focused-on-six-schools

The Hoyas recruited him early and seemed to be quite involved in his recruitment. Wonder if there is more to the story about why he cut the Hoyas. None of these schools are close to the DC market so maybe he just wants to leave home to go to a school.

The staff definitely showed him love. It is what it is...but it'd be nice if we can keep some guys home a lil more.

Lots of weird recruiting shifts. Stewart, Cockburn, now Evans. I guess the recruiting game is hard to predict, but there always feels like something is going on behind the scenes.

If you look at his list of schools, it looks like he wants to get far away from home.

Hearing it’s very possible David Falk’s presence is why we were eliminated

I recall hearing that narrative a few years back, but honestly, I can't imagine it is still a concern. The Hoyas have not had many players move on to play professionally in the last few years (other than LJ and Marcus) and I don't recall either of them being represented by Falk. I know Falk did represent Ewing when he went to the NBA, but that was a long time ago. Is Falk still a major player in the agent business these days? How old would he be at this point? I am not saying your wrong, but it just sounds odd to me that story would resonate with young recruits and their "teams"
