This just keeps getting better and better. Love his love of restoration! I believe that we are getting ready to shock the world with this cadre of tough, competitive youngsters Pat found.

Agreed. He hasn't even suited up yet and I already love this kid.

We don't talk enough about Josh so I decided to re-up this vid.
24pts (11-15), 10rbds, 2blks, 1asst , and 1to vs 5* Naz Reid. Josh gave up about 5 inches and 50 pounds but matched up with him straight up on both ends. Naz had 15-8-5blks but lost to Josh's team 58-55.
It ain't alway pretty, but it's always gritty. This kid just fills in all the blanks, and loves the grimy work a lot of players shy away from.

I think with all the excitement of our incoming guards we tend to overlook LeBlanc and Carter. I believe LeBlanc will be the our most versatile player in short order and the freshman with the highest ceiling, I am extremely excited he's a Hoya. I also believe Carter will surprise and be a positive contributer early on.

Wow Never seen the video nor was I very aware of the head-to-head matchup. I suppose in Reid's defense I should say he didn't get any help at first with teammates who don't understand the entry pass into the post. It also hurt that teams aren't patient and methodical enough to wear other teams down by constantly going into the post. Lost art. That being said, man, you have to be enthusiastic over what Josh did. Taking on a guy so much bigger and outplaying him nonetheless. This kid is Pippen without the ballhandling, passing and probably shooting abilities. Which means he looks like he can have a Pippen effect on the defensive side of the ball. His offensive skills looked even better than I imagined. Drove te ball for points, hit midrange shot his jumpshots.

A player like LeBlanc will help to eliminate the scourge of recent years: inexplicable easy layups for the opposition. He just seems like a player hat takes it personally when some joker glides through the lane for an easy deuce.
Very excited for his arrival. I believe D. Owens has now helped the program a second time in a big way. Thank you Daryl!!

More skilled offensively than I’ve seen in some of his other videos. If he plays like this, then it willl be hard to keep him off the floor.

Loved coach Ewing's interaction with Josh after the game, seemed to be proud of the young man and you could see the excitement on Ewing's face with what I assume is anticipation of his arrival to the Hill Top.

Maybe more Andre Igoudala (sp?) at this stage than Scottie Pippen...but that would be great...
