There is nothing on earth that is worth the price your body pays for eating a Kenner League hot dog. I assumed that they were left over from the regular season and served to give the games a Verizon "feel." There is a rumor they are left over from the Cap Center.

Can anyone comment about Sodom's shot during warm-ups, does he take any FTs? That was one thing about Roy, he didn't move well but he always had a good touch.

His shooting looked pretty poor during warmups. The form was OK, and he got rotation on the ball. but the shot was fairly flat, and he did not make many. Definitely nowhere near Roy level shooting, a lot closer to Hayes level shooting. But that is just based on 5 minutes of warming up, so the sample size is extremely small.

The former coaching staff at New Mexico who recruited Sodom envisioned him as a project who was going to give them a rim protector for 2 years before anything could be expected from him on offense. SDSU/UNLV coaching staffs had a similar view. He is very quick for a big but should not be counted on to score a lot except in transition.

Sodom Does Not have a developed shot yet. Mechanics are weak...and not consistent. He will require lots of practice, and hearty meals. He's at the right place.
We really need another big player in the mature and energetic mold.

Needs some work but I like, I like. Really runs the floor well. Wonder if was another soccer guy turned basketball player -- those guys generally have very good footwork and agility for their size. He hasn't played bball all that long, so the shooting with definitely be a work in progress.
