I'd say the snapchat geofilter is actually pretty genius. An excellent use of $, curious how much it ran. Anyone have a picture of it to satisfy all of our curiosity? I can't attach the actual image from phone but click here /photo/1

Looks like JTjr in front row watching this madness. I can assure you he is blaming the players, not his son. And you can assure us of that how? JTIII has often talked about how critical his father is. I doubt that has changed. Although I would expect him to support his son in public. But I also would not expect him to criticize the players.

Final Thoughts:The Usual Suspects led the Hoyas in scoring Pryor 22pts, Peak 20pts, Govan 13pts The Hoyas beat the Johnnies on the board 36 to 29 The team had 15 assts vs 22 turnovers. Are the 22 turnovers a record under JTIII? With 1:20 seconds left the score was 78-77 after Pryor converted the And 1 for a 3pt play St.Johns proceeded to outscore Gtown 8-3 to seal the victory Late game execution has now failed this team for the 2nd game in a row and during a stretch of games that over a week ago would have been deemed gimmes The Hoyas are now on a 3 game losing streak, having lost 5 of 6 games and with 3 of the 5 losses being due to lack of late game execution Looking back at the closer games Seton Hall 68-66 Loss DePaul 67-65 Loss Today 86-80 Loss These 3 losses in BE play is the difference between NCAA Bid (Mediocre 17-12) and No Bid (Bad 14-15) current state of the program February is gut check time and the Hoyas' record the last 4 years for this month 2014 5-3 NIT 2015 3-3 NCAA 2016 1-6 No Bids 2017 1-5 Combined Feb. Record since the NBE 10-17, The last 2 years 2-11 For the 3rd consecutive year the Hoyas will fail to post an above .500 mark for the month of February This how you miss out on both the NCAA's and the NIT's in consecutive years Final Grade: D

On my way to the game a janitor came up to me and wanted to ask me a question. I'm like ok sure.
He says, I see your Georgetown shirt, you guys have so much talent and you keep losing!! I'm like yup, I was saying the same thing to my wife on the way here.
He goes, they need to fire the coach. I'm like I totally agree. It was a great convo.

Don't understand why we never went back to the zone defense in the 2nd half

Spot on....So I guess we all know the answers...The politics is the problem...The center was just dedicated to dad and the kid comes up short. Ouch!! What does one do? Well, if right minded, they do the right thing. Something's missing here??? Haha.

We have hit another low in this program. I think TJI is right that we will likely lose the rest and assure ourselves a worse record than last years. We are a joke and something needs to change. How do we excuse this other than the clowns on this board that don't get it?

I like to sleep in on weekends, but I have religiously arisen around 8:45 (on left coast) every Saturday when we had a 9:00 a.m. game to watch. Until this week. I just decided the hell with it, I'll just get up whenever I get up. So I awoke at 9:45, went downstairs to put on the game, and saw we led by a point, so I figured well, that's not so bad. And then I went on line and checked the stats. The first thing that caught my eye was that we shot better than 50%, and St. John's shot 32%. My first thought was that we had been outrebounded 25-5. Nope, that wasn't it. 16 turnovers in a single half. It didn't take a rocket scientist to figure that St. John's would shoot better in the second half, and we would lose. And so it was. To quote the immortal Ralph Kramden, "WHOA, WHAT A SURPRISE!"
