Has it been released yet? I'm planning a visit to DC this summer and would like to take a look at the incoming freshmen while I'm up there.

Kenner is notoriously disorganized. Don't expect ANYTHING until a week before!!! Seriously. And don't expect the teams listed for a specific time to actually be playing at that time either.
Apparently, there's a new guy running the show this year tho, so maybe things will be a little better. It's a great show tho and you should def make time to go.

To paraphrase from Tin Cup: The words "Kenner League" and "schedule" don't usually collide in the same sentence.
However, for trip planning purposes, the league usually gets going at the end of June or early July at the latest, if it's the same as other years. And there should be games on every weekend, just maybe not the games you're expecting. But, if you have 8 hours free on a given Saturday and Sunday, you can usually catch the game you're looking for. Don't forget to order one of those yummy, cold hot dogs!
Just my opinion, but the best time to see Kenner League if you're just around for a short time is during the playoffs, which will most likely be the weekends of Aug. 6 or Aug. 13 this year. By the time the playoffs approach, the schedule should be available and actually is fairly reliable for those games and dates.

Thanks for the info. I'll probably plan to go up during playoffs time since I have some time off then between summer school and the fall semester.

Being one of the people who gave Kenner recaps last year, let me be the first to tell you there likely won't be a published schedule until a week or two INTO the summer season.
As for rescheduled games, they were usually pretty good about announcing changes the set of games the week (or three days) before, but once the schedule was posted on the website, they never changed it.

I believe Jeff Brooks was the MAIN reason the Kenner League was disorganized in the past. Now, that he is no longer running things, I guess we can expect to see teams play at their scheduled times and little kids not operating the scoreboard. Jeff Brooks did a good job of getting the best players from this area to participate in the Kenner League.

Hey I take offense at that! I ran the scoreboard some my last summer of law school. Got a nice pair of Nikes out of it too.

kchoya, I'll assume you did a fine job operating the scoreboard and you weren't one of the 13 year olds who would award points to the wrong team. Unless, you were a prodigy and in law school at the age of 13. HA! HA!
