Still have Boeheim to kick around

I haven't seen this reported on the board, Bucky Boeheim recently signed a 4-year extension on his contract at Syracuse. He still had 2 years left, so we now get to see him whining and grimacing for 6 more years, which will bring him to 35 years at SU, and most likely over 800 wins. It will be nice to have him on the sidelines as we renew the bitter rivalry that has diminished over the last few seasons. Once we climb back to the top (very soon, by the looks of the great recruiting news), this will again be one of the top 5 rivalries in the country.

Its going to be hard, because you don't have the home-away games in the same season anymore. Its sucks, but money has ruined some of these rivalries in basketball due to conference expansion.

Although we'll have three home-away games, and we don't yet know who they'll be. Hopefully last year's on-court success, and the growing buzz around the Hoyas will convince Tranghese/the Big East/ESPN that this would again be a good two-time matchup.
