Yes, it has been a very difficult year.
Not going to stop me from taking the subway uptown later this afternoon and have a few cocktails w/Hoya alum friends at Cafe 31 prior to entering MSG tonight.
Haven't missed a Hoyas BET game since about '94-'95.
Who is with me?

No. I would have liked to have seen the Gonzaga-Portland game at the Orleans on Sat. I did go to the WCC Mass at the Orleans and Father Patrick Conroy, chaplain of the House of Representatives (and Gonzaga grad and has been associated with Georgetown in the past) gave the homily. It was on mercy and he said he had to give lots of mercy to his congregation.
The Mountain West tournament starts next door, so the biggest impact will be trying to get through the Thomas and Mack parking lot, which is the shortest route home.
The PAC10/11/12 begins soon at the MGM, but I will not be going on the Strip for that. And the WAC takes over the Orleans soon.
Our Hoya Madness event will obviously not happen this year.
