I'd prefer not, get freshman & coach them up.. The program needs continuity, not a quick fix... This should be a longterm approach.. One and one? We need a quick fix and to create class balance. JT3's offense does not work without upperclassmen. Upperclassmen who've been here that is, no guarantee a grad kid will pick it up right away..

You can't forget Domingo Rock.. Huh? Well I was talking about who actually took who's recruiting spot, but if you wanna include Domingo that's getting 3/5 people who wanted to come to GU on the roster. It's not an exact science and you can't have em all. Jury is still out on which player will be bouncing the ball the longest Who cares who has the best NBA/pro career? To me it's about what a player does in college.. I'll always feel Domingo took Hart's spot, they would've been in the same class if Domingo didn't jump a year ahead..

If DSR made half his shots and Ike stayed out of foul trouble, we might have been in this game. Now we have everybody in the BE where we want them - over confident going in the BET, and we will have LJ to lead us. What a game for Peak! I think he is the answer for us going on. If not for the rest of the year, but next year. Utilize all his talents. I think he broke his scoring record from his first game last year.

One and one? We need a quick fix and to create class balance. JT3's offense does not work without upperclassmen. Upperclassmen who've been here that is, no guarantee a grad kid will pick it up right away.. I'm thinking we will see something completely different on offense and defense, so clearly new grads would fit right in. One can hope that things will change. If you have an offense and defense which require experience and years in the system again, then it is more of this disaster recipe. JT3 needs to change that fast.

No production from the center and point positions. Improvemnts in these two areas will be key to our success moving forward

Improvemnts in these two areas will be key to our success moving forward I know people are counting on a Govan, Mourning, Agau front court next year but I'm not sure that will do it, both Trey and Akoy are more of stretch 4s then 5s. On the other hand, I don't know how we couldn't get improvement out of Tre next year, he looked like a guy who thought he was going against YMCA players out there.

We need tough players now to help protect the rim and to penetrate, not having another Center or guard that you have to coach up and risk another bad season.

I feel like in an interview earlier in the season III made a comment that It was LJ's preference to come off of the bench.

Ochefu, Hart, Booth, Jenkins... all recruited by JT3'and staff... ...though i'm not sure i'd still take those guys. This GU team is more talented. Just not getting it done defensively, which is too bad.

In sure it's Tre Campbell's preference to start, too. Doesn't mean it should happen. I don't think it's the cure for all our ills, but it's pretty obvious we should start Lj and avoid being down 8 points in five minutes every game.

He was taken out of the starting lineup to prevent him from fouling out before half time. Since then he has been playing starter minutes, despite coming off the bench. He will start next year, and perhaps should start in the BET, considering the big holes we keep digging in the first halves of our games.
