Top 10 player in his class. Not playing this summer because of a stress fracture in his foot... If he is only 7'2" he can be our small forward, the way Pat is recruiting!

With all the kids we're currently on & have good contact with, it'll be very disappointing if we don't sign 2 top 50/75 bigs in this class.

Top 10 player in his class. Not playing this summer because of a stress fracture in his foot... Georgetown had previously offered him about a year ago as well, so hopefully he's at least familiar with the school.

Corey Evans @coreyevans_10 Dominant morning for Armando Bacot. One of the best 2019 bigs nationally and as skilled as they come 15-ft and in Recruitment: Maryland, UCLA, Virginia Tech, Virginia, Duke, Kansas, Baylor and many others. His day: Bacot was super productive on Saturday as he rebounded the ball well, finished at the basket and displayed unbelievable passing skills from the high post setting and on the outlet pass following the defensive rebound. Quote: “I feel like I have had just a great summer playing the four and showing my versatility to and ability to do a lot of things.” Prediction: The offers continue to roll in for Bacot, a potential five-star prospect in the 2019 class and a big man that will likely lead a blueblood recruitment. Duke and Kansas are each in a great spot but if you’re looking for a sleeper, Virginia Tech may be the dark horse. basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/southern-jam-fest-prentiss-hubb-armando-bacot-display-major-value?utm_content=buffera19a2&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer

His low post skillset, size and hands are elite and so is the upside out of the Team Loaded product. Look for Virginia, Kansas and Duke to be in the mix until the very end with Virginia Tech as a dark horse for the big man’s commitment. basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/four-star-armando-bacot-a-rising-priority-in-2019-class

Regarding Eric Dixon: Dixon said when he receives an offer, he looks up the school’s head coach and its conference to get a little background. That gives him a little bit of research to do now, with offers from the Big 12, Big East and Big Ten, plus Atlantic 10 and CAA. Picking up an offer from new Hoyas head coach Patrick Ewing meant a little something extra to the young talented post player -- and even more to his dad, also Eric. “My dad, he loves basketball, he watched all the old tapes, all the told films,” the younger Dixon said. “He saw (Ewing watching my games) and he was like ‘Eric, do you see him over there? Do you see him?’ “I just know he’s a Hall-of-Famer with a really good post game, that interests me, maybe he could teach me something if I go there,” Dixon continued. “I just know he’s a legend.” Dixon said he’s anticipating taking unofficial visits to both Georgetown and Rutgers in the next few months, working around the USA Basketball U-16 Training Camp, which begins on June 1st; Dixon will be one of 24 participants vying for a spot on the 12-member team that participates in the FIBA Americas U-16 Championship (June 14-18, Argentina). www.cityofbasketballlove.com/news_article/show/788273?referrer_id=1566508It's not often that a high school prospect drops Waymon Tisdale as the player coaches compare him to, but 2019 Eric Dixon threw that one out there. It's not a bad comparison stylistically. The four-star is skilled, strong and a crafty scorer who likes physical play. He listed offers from Drexel, St. Joseph's, La Salle, Oklahoma State, Georgetown and Rutgers to go along with interest from Maryland, Temple, Wake Forest and Villanova. basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/uaa-five-star-de-souza-adding-to-game-saturday-notes

Trae Broadnax 6'3 PG Georgetown: “My dad played with Patrick Ewing. He came and watched me during the first EYBL session and they were sitting together talking. They are pretty close. I don’t really feel any pressure to go there, but I would love the opportunity to play where my dad played. That’d be great. basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/broadnax-on-transfer-top-schools Trae Broadnax @traebroadnax May 24 Excited to announce that I will be transferring to Montverde Academy!

Have to believe Cole Anthony will be a priority for Ewing. The Anthony's will probably keep a tight lip on all aspects of his recruiting for the foreseeable future. No one had a better weekend than Cole Anthony. A super talented and very mature point guard, Anthony is a scorer. He's explosive at the basket so any nearby defender could be the next to be plastered all over mixtape highlight reels. The son of Greg Anthony, he plays summer ball with the PSA Cardinals and was our MVP of the highly prestigious event. Recruitment: Things remain wide open as Anthony has yet to name any specific schools involved, though look for bluebloods Kentucky, Duke, UNC and Kansas, along with local schools St. John's, Rutgers, Seton Hall, and his dad's alma mater, UNLV, to be in the mix. basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/pangos-all-american-camp-award-ceremony

Although undersized at 6-foot-6, Dixon has a wide base and uses his strength and physical play to carve out space inside. The southpaw is also pretty skilled, as he finished well inside with left-handed jump hooks and mid-range jump shots. Dixon also showed impressive passing out of the post. www.scout.com/college/basketball/recruiting/story/1782661-usa-u16-top-performers
