I don't know if any of you caught it, but he was interviewed along with a guy going to Virginia next year. They are both playing in the Capital Classic. They asked Egerson what made him chose G'town because at first Esherick was recruiting him and then JTIII came on board. He said yeah he is going to like playing for JTIII and also having JT2 around is a good thing as well. Egerson said he was going to play against his teammate, Jesse Sapp today in the Classic, so he said he is going to have fun and talk a little trash with Sapp. I like the part when he said teammate already. Most guys would not say that this early. His was laid-back the whole interview until they asked what type of player he is. He broke into a smile as his face lit up and immediately answered that he was explosive and he liked attacking the basket, etc. Here is hope to a bright future for Egerson here at G'town.

Next season we're bringing in a stellar class that includes Sapp, Spann, Thornton, and perhaps Ewing Jr. and Thomas.
Green, Hibbs, Crawford, Cook, BB... everyone has another year under their belts in the PrinceTown.
JT3 is on a roll in every imaginable way.
The Blue and Gray jerseys are back.
So why is it I'm oddly MOST excited about watching Ege play? For some reason I feel like this kid is going to blow up in college and be a physical and emotional spark we could really use. He's definitely got a great attitude about everything already.

Not to mention he is built like a truck despite not hitting the weights yet. He seems like the most versatile, strong, athletic prospect in years. What a steal!

All those seeking passage to MEGAFANLAND should reserve their tickets aboard this bandwagon, cause it's full steam ahead.

So "Love" or "The Egg-man"? I can just see it...fans throwing eggs to the MCI court after he scores 30+ points (any resemblance to octopus after a hat trick is pure coincidence). ;D

All GU needs is Love... All GU needs is Love... All GU needs is Love, Love Love is all GU needs.
Nodak, please do what you do best. My apologies to Messrs. Lennon and McCartney for taking liberties with their classic.

All those seeking passage to MEGAFANLAND should reserve their tickets aboard this bandwagon, cause it's full steam ahead. Big news will be coming out of MEGAFANLAND some time this off-season. Please stand by for more info... If you wish to reserve your earlybird tickets for the LOVE BOAT, last stop, MEGAFANLAND, please contact CambridgeHoya... And oh yeah, I appologize for my recent silence/absence, but rest assured I am still actively reading the board, and would like to take this chance to welcome (with open arms) aboard Patrick Ewing, Jr. LET'S GO HOYAS!!!
