Updated ESPN Bracketology-3/14/15The Hoyas are now in the South Bracket as a #6 Seed. The Hoyas would face #11 Temple then if the brackets hold the Hoyas would face off vs #3 Maryland.

St. John's not in latest Bracketology. Not even in the First 4+2 out. Typo? He had them as a 9-seed yesterday. Wonder if he got a scoop from the committee? More likely he is just sloppy.

No, it's real. He has the Big East down to five bids. He now has the Northeast Conference getting two bids, adding St. Francis (Pennsylvania), which has to be a mistake. . .Robert Morris won the NEC Tournament over St. Francis (New York), and he probably wants to throw the Terriers a bone (pun not intended), and just put down the wrong St. Francis. Cal Irvine may have stolen an at-large bid with their win in the Big West Tournament right now.
Maybe the Johnnies are in trouble here. And if they are in trouble, so may be Lavin. We'll know in six hours.

Good catch NJ - clearly St Francis is a mistake. Autofill strikes again?

Hoyas are Seeded #6 and would have to face #11 LSU, then face #3 Notre Dame if the Seeding held true.
Please please please please please please please can we have the opportunity to face Mike Brey in the tournament. After seeing Notre Dame beat Duke and North Carolina on back to back nights to win the ACC Tournament, do you still see them as favorable match up for the Hoyas?

Lunardi always gets the seeds wrong. Then claims he is all knowing because he gets all the teams right which any idiot can do.

Out of the bracket with Kentucky and Maryland. Butler gets the tough draw. No match up with Belmont either. Looks like we'll be in totally uncharted waters.

CBS keeps showing St. John's waiting for their name to be called. Based on the looks of the players and Joe Lunardi's predictions, I believe St. Johns is in trouble.

But then again...Lunardi had Indiana outside of the tournament and they made it as a bubble team.

Doug Gotleib is the biggest tool. He just loves being a contrarian, I just want to punch him in his weaselly looking face!

Can't ask for a better bracket. The bracket sets up well for a sweet 16 run. Does anyone know anything about eastern washington?

Big East gets a 1 ('Nova), 4 (GU), two 6s (PC and Butler), an 8 (Xavier) and a 9 (SJU). Glad the Johnnies got in, because it was looking bad earlier today. Probably dropped them drop from an 8.

::slides into your Bracketology thread like:: What's weird is IMO if our seed gets better, I think it increases our odds of playing somewhere far from DC. The 6-seed line has lots of 3-seed pairs like Maryland (a heavy favorite for Pittsburgh right now), Notre Dame (ditto for Columbus), and Iowa State and Oklahoma (I've seen both in Louisville and Columbus). The 4-seeds tend to be getting the leftover random cities w/o good teams nearby--namely Jacksonville, and the Portland and Seattle pods not occupied by Arizona and Gonzaga.
