Well, that was different. You mean scoring as much in a half as we have been scoring all game lately?

That half took 40 minutes. With 4 TV time outs, that's not easy to do.

I was really really impressed by Smith running the floor there. He didn't finish because the ball wasn't in a great place for him, but I don't think we could have expected that last year.

Something like that. Offense looks better, although Hopkins needs to stop trying so hard to throw back door passes.

Better ball movement. And taking of open shots. Need to tighten up the D to say the least.

Lots of different things out there tonight. I like the play so far after a huge shooting performance by DePaul. It seems like when Josh is in players are chasing their man more.

Halftime stats, per espn.com:
FG%: GU 59.3, DeP 55.2 3P%: GU 55.6, DeP 55.6 FT%: GU 87.5, DeP 100.0 Rebounds: GU 15, DeP 10 Assists: GU 9, DeP 6 Steals: GU 1, DeP 3 Blocks: GU 3, DeP 1 Turnovers: GU 4, DeP 2 Foul trouble: Joshua Smith 2, Aaron Simpson 2, Darrick Wood 2
Kevin O'Brien says DePaul's three-point shooting is keeping them in the game. How is that when both teams are shooting exactly the same from three-point range?

Love the announcers. Isaiah Copeland, insisting (twice) that Trawick made an and-one that he missed, stating Big East is first in RPI when the on-screen graphic said Big 12, you name it.

Really good minutes for Ike too. Still a little lost on defense but good to see him be agressive on offense. I do think we're all getting most of what we wanted in terms of White and Copeland splitting minutes at the 4.

How is that when both teams are shooting exactly the same from three-point range? True but there was a distinct difference between all of our looks from three and some of theirs. Not that either team should be shooting that well from three but ours were all open and all at the 3 point line. Not so much with theirs.

Once he starts making that consistently it would be a huge weapon, because he gets there well and makes a nice quick decision to shoot.
