As a lifelong suffering Browns fan, I can assure you that Brady would be selling pre-owned Hyundais now. I didn't know that Brady had a marijuana problem like Gordon. Only because Brady never had to endure the pain of playing for Cleveland.

Do you think that Brady would have wound up with Giselle Bundschen if he was playing for the Browns and living in Northern Ohio? Having spent some time there. . .I think not.

Trawick is really not starter caliber. He should be 6 th man and bring that energy and driving ability. Let's face it he has no shot and that's killing this line up. We need tre to start at point. I think that The needs to tighten up his game at both ends before he is ready to be in the starting line-up. Although i respect your opinion and you may be right, i think you may get a better upside starting Tre. Starting Tre i think balances the lineup out. Tre is a true point guard that as shown that he can handle the ball and run the offense. Tre has also hit some outside shots, more than our sharp shooter Cameron. Trawick is really a mirage. He certainly looks the part, is a tough guy with good court awareness but his limitations are glaring for a starter. Dont get me wrong hes solid and can take it to the hole with ease. Just my opinion it would make a smarter and more streamlined line up with out losing bench scoring or bench depth.

It struck me as strange last night, that I was legitimately excited about coming away from DEPAUL with a victory. Regarding Hopkins, obviously thrilled for the team and for him, that he made those free throws. From my perspective, I have always felt he was better at free throws than anything else, offensively, so his melt down against PRovidence was painful to see. What I do not understand, is why the guys seem to throw him the ball so much during the final crunch time minutes..basically asking him to make a move (God NO!) or get fouled. Maybe because they know his true strengths and weaknesses much better than we do and they feel comfortable doing that? Just a thought That is undoubtedly true. However, another possibility is that he is being left open, while the better offensive players are being pressured..thus he is the easiest guy to throw the ball to.

Good Hopkins
26 minutes - 1 of 1 FGs, 5 of 6 FTs, 2 rbs, 2 as, 2 st, 1 bl, 4 TOs, 5 PFs and 7 points.
Although there were some bonehead plays here and there, it's got to be great for him to have nailed those 5 FTs after going 0 for 6 vs DePaul. Kudos to Hops for the bounceback FT game!
