Not that I thought the Hoyas were really being considered but now it's official. I think he's an Arizona lock!

Really can't bank on a kid that states that, "he's living out his fathers dream to play basketball"!

#17 in latest Scout top 100, but stock may be dropping: Another player who will be under the microscope is Harvey. It has been a weird high school year for Harvey in that during multiple viewings he has been largely ineffective. Playing at DeMatha Catholic, Harvey has taken the backseat to five-star 2016 point guard Markelle Fultz, and his game seems to have suffered. Now the question becomes how will Harvey react in the summer. Was this high school season just a blip on the radar, or is it a precursor of things to come. Harvey has a ton of talent on the wing, and has proven it in the past, but coming off of a subpar season, the need to produce is definitely there in order to maintain his stop in the top 20 and five-star range www.scout.com/college/basketball/recruiting/story/1641471-who-in-2017-needs-to-have-a-big-spring

Down to the 40s in the most updated ESPN and Scout rankings. Can't imagine Duke is a real option for him at this point. Wonder if the Hoyas get back in on him with their recruitment of his teammate Josh Carlton.

Strange. DeMatha kids never pan out there.

Was at ND over the weekend for the football game and got to see Morsell scrimmage with the team. The kid definitely looks the part and seemed to fit in there. Would have to think Harvey picking them would only make it more enticing for Morsell. Just a shame we couldn't get a serious look from either guy considering they're both local. For those who say winning isn't everything, it may not be but I promise ya ND going to the Elite 8 in back to back years isn't hurting them

It's embarrassing that JTIII/Georgetown doesn't even get enough respect to make a local kid's final 16. If Alabama made that list and we didn't, it means A) we put in no work on the kid, and/or B) a Georgetown offer doesn't mean much to local kids anymore.

We are a forgotten program.

Will you please try to add something of value around here? You spend so much time on this board you should really be better at it.

"The impact I could have coming in as a freshman is produce right away, start as a freshman and be that go-to guy," Harvey said. "They want me to come in and be that leading scorer and make a huge impact right away."
I am not as close as many of you are to the recruiting process but the above quote (DJ' on espn.com) doesn't strike me as something that JT3 would ever say to anyone...

I think that he would be saying that to Troy and Tremont. Even JT3 expects 5* guards to have immediate impact....
