Women won the team title at the Pre Nats, beating #2 Michigane and 3 or 4 Michigan. Nice win for the team--depending on how you look at it they also one without probably their #2 runner Samantha Nadel--obviously it displays their depth, but to actually win or medal at the NCAA they probably need another low scoring runner.

Looks like the men finished third, which seems like a very good result for them given the rankings.

In the regional rankings this week the men have jumped another spot, and they are 2nd in the Mid-Atlantic region behind Villanova and ahead of Princeton and Penn State. Of course, the women remain first in the region. National rankings out tomorrow.
