sports.espn.go.com/ncb/news/story?id=2025833When will these guys learn. You have to eat the weed when the cops show up and not throw it on the ground. First Ed Sheffey and now Kellogg. I feel like these guys haven't learned the first thing at college.

I feel like these guys haven't learned the first thing at college. Well, the report said he had 4 ounces at the time. It would take a horse to munch down that much weed! Where's Alice B. Toklas when you need her!

I was assuming smaller quantities. Four ounces is a sum that would signal quite a hefty habit. If he needed extra cash, I am sure "the program" could have found a "job" for him to do.

The article says less than four ounces . . . that is probably the cutoff for a more serious offense, and does not mean that he was in possession of 3.9 ounces.
i.e. Possession of less than 4 ounces is a misdemeanor, possession of 4 ounces or greater is a felony.

Are we sure that doublehoya wasn't speaking from personal experience?

Sorry -- didn't mean to sound touchy -- I was going for sarcastic -- stupid "internets" -- they don't translate the sarcasm very well.
BTW -- you had seventeen-plus hours to come up with a snappy rejoinder, and "Ooh, touchy! Somebody got up on the wrong side of the bed today" was the best you could do?
I am just playing with you -- When the season is over and there is nothing exciting to report I get bored. When I get bored, I become a pompous smartass.

Re: Duke -- I watched Dukie V on SC in HD the other day, and I don't know if it was seeing him in HD for the first time, or it was the fact that Duke isn't in the final four, but Dukie V looks like he is about 147 years old.
I'm off to find some busy work . . .

Actually, it was more like 17 seconds, since I don't spend my nights trolling the board. Wait! Not that I was implying that you do! And, of course, I was joking around, too.
