Funny was just watching some video on him last night. Good player he seems waaaaay more comfortable attacking the basket at this point than shooting jumpers.
OT but he has an interesting style to him, to say the least

If he can get to the rim and run point, get him. I don't care if he doesn't shoot jumpers, neither does Brilly.

Also great to see he can attack the rim well. This kid (from video of course so grain of salt) looks pretty darn good. Did it say we've offered?

I have a feeling he is the back up to Booth/Wiley, so we'll slow play, loose both of them and then Oubre cause he tires of waiting on us.

Are we really slow playing the two of them? For who?
I picked the wrong week to stop sniffing glue.

It's encouraging that III has been talking with the parents. If Oubre pops, would he be the first Texas recruit since Anthony Allen?

Yes we have… I haven’t seen enough either way to speak on his shooting much but his stroke looks a lil loose and has a slower release. I can’t speak to results but either way…Want! On a side note how much talent is in that Houston Hoops program

Houston Hoops is trending real fast. I remember watching them a few years ago when Anthony Jones was on their squad. They were okay then, but now....whew! All of their guys seem to be trying to prove a point. Does the Robinson kid play with them yaboy?

www.cityleaguehoops.net/2013/02/23/harrison-twins-motley-shine-in-texas-playoffs/Kelly Oubre, 6’6, SF, Fort Bend Bush, 2014- One of Texas’ elite 2014 prospects, Oubre blends talent and athleticism that leave you thinking about how good he could potentially become. The lefty showed off an explosive first step, knocked down three pointers with his feet set, and looked to dunk everything in the paint. Oubre needs to get better at finishing through contact and exerting max effort, but the tools are there for him to shoot into the top-25 of 2014.

Jim Hicks @rcssports 11h Serious Top 20 candidate Kelly Oubre hammers one of those left handed Lebron dunks followed by a trey to give Hoops a 56-35 cushion.
Jim Hicks @rcssports 12h Kelly Oubre hit a trey to put Hstn Hoops ahead 40-22 with 2:15 left in half. #EYBL
Krossover @krossovr 12h Houston Hoops holding it down vs Texas Titans 28-14. Kelly Oubre from Richmond, TX has been impressive. #EYBL #Htown
