The student fans tonight were FANtastic!!! You did a FABULOUS job of supporting the team and making the atmosphere absolutely ideal for a home game. I know I am speaking for NevadaHoya, lichoya68 and many others in congratulating you -- and also acknowledging how envious we are that you were there. It brought back tons of great memories of watching Hoya Hoops! And let me add... the experience tonight, the fans I saw previously at MSG at the SJU game AND the Big East, and the great support at MCI all year... this group of Hoya fans is as intense, fanatical and committed as any I can ever remember! Hats off to you! Our future is bright! And below is Camille's story from the Post: www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A58427-2005Mar22.htmlHere's an excerpt: "Playing at home on campus isn't bad, eh?" Coach John Thompson III said with a grin. "I like playing here," said junior forward Brandon Bowman, who made 7 of 9 shots and finished with a game-high 19 points. "We make more shots, there's a better vibe. This is where we practice, this is our real home." Barker: www.washingtontimes.com/sports/20050323-121316-7272r.htm

Just sad for all the fans' sake that the next game is not going to be at McD. Almost thought I had a chance to see the Hoyas out here, but that will have to wait until another year (JTII will have to convince JTIII that it would be nice to play in Las Vegas once in a while ).

A rooster. I think. There are an infinite number of other, less tasteful responses I could come up with, though.

Have to echo this statement as the atmosphere was amazing and just think how great it would be if it was a Big East or higher profile game? (with all respect to the CS-Fullerton who showed great heart and effort while undermanned).
