Alright, I've been out of the loop for awhile but I have to ask since I don't see a thread on the front page.
Is there any particular reason why it's not assumed that Hopkins will be our starting center? The front page has him "moving over as a stop-gap" but I would think he's clearly the only guy we could start there at this point. Anything change or should it still be MH in the opener?

JTIII has said a few times that Hopkins is the center (didnt say starting, but..) and that there wont be a center by committee. But i think its clear that the team will need some minutes from all the big guys down low if they want to be successful

Call it what you want, but it is highly unlikely that any one player will get Roy or Henry minutes in pre-conference. I think it will boil down to two or three with Hopkins joining Nate and one other.

Because DFW likes to be difficult. Hopins is the assumed starting center by everyone else.

Any sense of who is higher on the depth chart as backup? Hayes, Moses or Bolden?

I have no clue but I'd bet money that Bolden is 3rd of those three.

Based on nothing In my mind to start the season it's Moses, Hayes than Bolden with the possibility of Hayes over taking Moses as the year progresses.

It seems every year that early in the season, the more experienced players, regardless of initial skill level, get more opportunities before the new guys catch up and learn the system. No matter who it is, I think what ever the depth chart is when the season starts will be different than what it is when it ends.
