Georgetown's Porter a two-and-done?There's a piece on Otto in today's RUMORS section of ESPN Insider. A couple of excerpts below: Georgetown sophomore Otto Porter was quietly one of the more impressive freshmen in college basketball last season, averaging 9.7 points, 6.8 rebounds and shooting a very impressive 53 percent from the field. .......
"He's fundamentally sound and, while he has no one great skill, he does a lot of little things well," Fraschilla writes today.

That's actually all there is. Fran Fraschilla thinks he's fundamentally sound.

Oh, I don't know.....
academic fraud at UNC? police problems at Seton Hall? how in the name of all that is holy is John Calipari not banned from coaching forever?
OK, I'm sure they're writing about those first two, and I can only dream of the day when someone will be honest enough to write about the third. It's not that there's not a lot of subject matter right now. It's more than the level of insight trips over the bar level of "Duh" and falls down on its face.

Fraschilla also tweeted that Noel was coming to Georgetown. He's obviously really smart.

Perhaps he has chosen to stick to asinine observations that everyone knows instead, such as "Otto Porter is fundamentally sound."
Scouting alert! Fran Fraschilla reports that Roy Hibbert is tall.

I really enjoyed watching Otto play and I think he's certainly got the game to make it at the next level, but I think he really needs to add strength to his game. If he can hit the weight room and bulk up a bit -- maybe another 20 pounds of muscle -- I think he will make himself a lot of money, so hopefully there's no rush for him.
