...for another very entertaining season.
Jason played his butt off all year and hit any number of big shots.
Henry emerged to be the force many doubted he could.
Hollis improved mightily on the defensive and rebounding end, and I think today, he knew he needed to step up -- and did.
Otto leads a very promising freshman class.
It ended too early; it almost always does. But a heck of a good run.

I can't wait for this FR class to develop. I can't wait to have more then 1 legit center uninjured. I hope this leaves a bitter taste for the returners and they hit the gym this offseason.

They started the season 10th in the Big East. At one point they were 10th in the country. The loss hurts but all in all a good season.

So thankful to all the Hoyas for a great season. Jason and Henry were great senior leaders for this team and were the best they could be. I truly feel this team came the closest to maximizing its potential not seen around here in a while. The whole was much bigger than a simple sum of its parts. This was a team that was a joy to watch and very easy to be proud of, thank you Hoyas for another memorable season.

Great year--and nothing to be down about. Seniors did a great job of raising the expectations this year and even in defeat today--they did that--with loss at buzzer. As crappy as it feels for them--it beats the hell out of getting worked in 1st RD.
Good luck to Jason/Henry in future and enjoy the last month half of college life!
Rest of program--thanks for great year and moving program back up to where it was a few years ago. I think most of us would've been excited about a run to MSG for NIT Final 4 this time a year ago--and to be disappointed after today--is just a great sign of what is ahead.
Proud of the Hoyas as always--and looking forward to a great offseason!

I said this in the game thread but it fits here as well:
More disappointed the season is over than mad about the outcome. The culture changed around the program this season and like RDF said, we made teams beat us and didn't give up when we seemed out of it. Losses like this always sting, but give some credit to N.C. State. They played a good game and deserved to win.
I'm extremely proud of this team and the staff. For those being overly critical, get some perspective. This team outperformed any of our expectations coming into the season and with the group of underclassmen on this team, the future is much brighter than any of us would've expected around this time last year.
I can't be upset at outcomes like this when the effort is there and its been there all season. We'll be back.
