That is, by far, the best thing I've seen all day.

This Cuse team sucks. And I don't think it is sour grapes. It's pathetic they are in the elite 8. Ohio state better win tonight and stomp the out of them. They underwhelm me every time I watch them.

I'm not surprised at all. I was at the Pit last week for Vandy v. Wisconsin. Vanderbilt switched to zone for the last 3-4 minutes and Wisconsin had NO idea how to attack it. None. I'm surprised they were even close. Just incompetence.

They were close because they didn't miss any shots and didn't turn the ball over.

Wisconsin only was as close as they were because they shot lights out from the 3. They had NO idea how to penetrate that zone. None

Not only that, but Wisconsin really couldn't stop Syracuse's offense either.
Wisconsin was unconscious from 3 - and then they weren't. After making six consecutive 3's they missed their last 5. I believe they made 2 two point field goals the entire second half. Damn.

Wisconsin was awful. They played soft defense and had no clue how to attack the zone all game and made no adjustments. They got lucky by hitting a bunch of desperation 3s at the end of the shot clock.
Not sure why Wisc didnt call a timeout at the end there and set something up. They had proven that they couldnt set anything up on their own.

Watching these games tonight makes me realize just how awful was that lane violation call against ND. I detest the Irish, on but every FT, someone is in the lane before the ball hits the rim. Every FT. That ref had to have $ on the game.

Errr no, You do realize that Grant who the lane violation was called was behind the shooter, and went in the lane before the ball hit the rim.....You can go into the lane on the release if you are on the lane, so I don't know how that violation that was called happens every time cause rarely does the guy who is behind the shooter even come into the lane.

Why can't Ted Valentine make one call correctly?
That was an elbow to the face of the Marquette player when they were down 6. It should've been two shots and the ball for Marquette.

I can't believe they didn't call the flagrant on that elbow. Inadvertent or not, the rule is extremely strict. If the elbow makes contact above the shoulder, thats a flagrant. Period. We got burned by it twice this year, and I was actually furious to see them not make that call tonight.

But they have been pretty consistent in going to the viedotape and enforcing it, even if it is a bad rule. Not sure why they decided not to enforce it this one time.

I've never been a fan of Indiana or Kansas, but I love to watch Thomas Robinson and Victor Olidipo play. Too bad DC is no longer their playground.
