Any idea how we're going to figure out WHERE the game will be held?

The Post has a long drawn out story on MD and the NIT but nothing on GU yet.

THey are DYING for MD/Hoyas semi finals.

I figured they would honestly even though all the scuttlebutt I've heard from Baltimore and on here was first round. I figured that because of what they said about placing two other rivals so they wouldn't play early down here.

Nothing like the NIT brackets coming out to get me pumped up again.
Looking at the brackets, I would guess that our 2nd game would be home as well. I don't see them sending us way out West (again), but I could be wrong.
Go HOAYS, and I'll see you all at The Garden for the semi's matchup with the Twerps!

That site does nothing to disprove the notion that the NIT is a second rate tournament. According to that bracket, the finals are scheduled to be played at MSG on January 0, 2000 (or maybe they're scheduling way in advance for 3000)
Happy to still be playing, and a potential matchup with the Terps would be the next best thing to an NCAA berth.

I think they make the real money in NYC. Let's make this a Hoyas/Terps semi's. I'll be there for that one...

www.bu.edu/athletics/This is the official BU site. It says they open "at Georgetown." Interpreted literally, maybe we open in McD. Wouldn't that be great?

With a coach named John and playing on 3:16, how can a Catholic institution lose against the seculars?

I could care less where we play. I just like our draw.
Can't wait to play more games.
I wish we would get on ESPN, but I'd rather win and make a run>

IF we won the first game, when would the second game be and would it be at MCI as well probably?
(I'm not putting the cart before the horse but I'll be in town all week of the 2nd round.)

I don't think these brackets match those on the NIT website, as the NIT site has us playing the winner in a play-in pod of 4 teams, whereas CBS has us playing a winner of another first round game.

Wiz only play on the 14, the 19, and the 30th this month. With no hockey its a good bet MCI will be free, but there are always other things like concerts, the circus, etc
